The food was horrible and they don't do special diets such as diabetes or low sodium.<br>The physical therapy was spotty and not consistent.<br>The financial department mislead my client and he ended up with a huge bill.<br>Also my client was double briefed and ended up with skin irritation and open sores.

My husband was at swedish hospital after getting the flu there and Kelly bent over backwards to get him admitted there, and I truly appreciate all her efforts. He was there before and there PT team worked very hard to get him mobility and hoping they will do this again. The staff is so very accommodating and courteous and helpful. This last admission for the same issue of getting him mobile was disappointing for he has been there 3 times and still not accomplished walking and they have the same reasons each time for him not being further along,which concerns me that efforts on there part were lacking. The facility is in need of remodeling and shows a lot of lack of repair and don't have adequate staff to handle all the needs of patients and also need to serve better food. I do have to say the social services staff work with you and try there best to address any and all concerns. All in all they need to make changes which would make things better for everyone.

They don’t seem to be taking proper care of my father. First, even when we call a nurse, they never come. Second, they don’t properly follow the doctor’s treatment instructions. Sometimes nothing changes even after two days… The staff are not kind to patients or their families. Now I finally understand why the Google rating is 2.9.

The nurse likes to argue with family members, certified nursing assistance don't know what they're doing, and they won't take your vitals every day or give you any high blood pressure medicine, so you can die from a stroke. #RestInPower #Georgia Do not bring your loved ones here for a happy ending.

They allowed my great niece to make decisions and no where on my sister paperwork was there a name of a daughter. They moved my sister to a different room and the next morning I walked past a room with a body on the floor. When I talked to the nurse she said that she was sorry. Oh I forgot to say that the aid and Fire department was on site. Come to find out they IGNORED my sister order of Do Not Attempt Resuscitation ( DNAR) It was on the bed. They had my sister body on the floor with stuff in her mouth. She weighed maybe 90lb. I will never forget how they treated my sister last hour, I will cannot stop seeing her body covered on that cold floor. I cannot say she had a peaceful death Maybe if I had gotten there earlier I could have stopped them. I did not and they did her wrong. I will never allow another family member to go there. I wish, I had taken a picture of my sister body on the floor where they put her and the paper work on the ground. If I had I would be suing them for breaking the law. She had a DNAR. I got the police report that does not say anything. I cannot stop thinking about how they treated her at the end of her life. I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding the care my sister, Gracie Williams, received during her final days at Avamere Rehabilitation of Shoreline. Gracie, aged 82, was under your care from December 4, 2024, until her passing on December 18, 2024, in Room 410, bed 2. It deeply troubles me that your staff allowed a room change that I believe contributed to her mistreatment. Months have passed, yet I cannot move past the distressing memories of how Gracie was treated. The lack of genuine care and commitment from your facility is something I cannot overlook or forgive. As a result, I would never entrust another loved one to Avamere Rehabilitation of Shoreline. The experience has left me heartbroken and filled with regret that I did not document Gracie's condition through photographs. I implore you to address these concerns seriously and ensure that no other family has to endure the pain and disappointment we experienced. Your commitment to truly caring for your residents needs to be evident in every aspect of your service.
