This was a great place for our mom during her last year. The house is set up really well with private rooms and bathrooms and a beautiful deck. Aurica and her staff are caring and thoughtful and do a great job organizing exercise, music and activities for the residents. We felt very comfortable there and would highly recommend them.

The Care Team at Sheridan View Adult Family Home take excellent care of our family members, both physically and emotionally. They pay attention to the individual residents are and make an effort to personally interact with each person. The Team does a very good job of monitoring the health needs of each person and communicating with us any concerns. The home itself is light, bright and clean. We are very pleased with the care at Sheridan View AFH.

My mom has been in the tender, attentive, consistent, respectful, upbeat, experienced care of the amazing team at Sheridan View for the past 6 months. My family feels so fortunate to have this environment as we witness the loving support provided to her with humor and affection on a daily basis. The relief we all feel about the quality of supportive care she receives is beyond measure. The caregivers are quick to communicate any changes or address needs. Aurica, the nurse owner's watchful oversight is truly a gift. As a nurse myself, I have been so pleased to now be able to be a supportive daughter. My siblings share this relief that my Mom's aging can take place in such a space.

My 93 year mother and my 98 year old stepdad (he still lives there) both lived at Sheridan House. I say this with all sincerity, it was truly a blessing that we found Aurica and her team. They were nothing but kind and attentive throughout her stay. She had transferred over from an Aegis facility and Sheridan was so, so much better. I never once had a question regarding her quality of care. Recently she passed away and while her death has been painful to me and my family I couldn't have imagined having a better care staff to take care of my aging mom, she loved the ladies there and they loved her. The room set up was perfect and the House itself was bright, cheery and open and it never smelled like anything other than a clean home, not perfumed, no chemical small just clean and nice and welcoming. Again, I am heartbroken that she is gone now but I am glad her last years were spent in such a wonderful environment, thank you Aurica and team, you have been awesome.

I highly recommend SVAFH. My mother was transitioning from life at home alone to group housing and Aurica and her team made that shift so easy. Mom was well cared for, showered and fresh, with three square meals a day and activities, too. I was able to come and go as I wanted to take her on outings. She was taught by the on-site staff how to use a walker and eventually a wheel chair. I know she was in good hands. I was kept abreast of her medical status at all times. I absolutely endorse SVAFH for your loved ones.
