Having been a patient in this facility for over a month I can honestly say this is a top notch rehabilitation center with a very professional yet personal approach to healthcare. Every employee is super awesome making the best for me in my worst of time.

I have a relative in this unit who is happy and seemingly well taken care of. I am 3 states away and can not financially afford to travel to the center to make sure paperwork for things like disability get filled out by doctors or people promising to do something and never doing it stops. I am doing the best I can and don't appreciate the promises I am given that are NEVER folllowed through with. The calls I return, leaving a message to call back that NEVER get answered. I was promised by a social worker that my medical POA paperwork would be printed out and sent to me since the copies I had disappeared. NEVER HAPPENED! Now my relatives insurance will expire because other people promise and don't deliver and the insurance doesnt accept copies emailed from my phone. I can do absolutely NOTHING to help my relative on empty promises.

1. They told me “no” bed pan at night, not allowed, and put me in a diaper! Degrading! 2. Few days in & and am STILL waiting for medical adaptive equipment I require! 3. Potentially illegal medication error!!!!! 4. Some would consider the facility’s responding to people’s reviews posted here (publicly confirming a medical relationship with a patient) a serious breech of federal HIPAA patient privacy laws!!!!! 5.They seem to not care enough to correct the misspelling of ‘rating’ in a giant sign see picture. Breaking out here ASAP!
