A well set up building, just as long as we realize that it's limited in terms of doctor availability Very nice dining and activity room, good physical therapy spaces and the best courtyard I've seen for the type A bit isolated, 5 miles out of the main city area

My fiance is in avanere park West I have called this place several times to see how she is doing the phone rang and rang no answer and when I finally reached someone I get I can't hear you can you please call back from someone that does not speak English well very frustrating God help us if I was to have a emergency situation I would be in a little trouble there not being able to reach my loved one and they put her in one of there facilities that is 50 + miles from my home and I do not have a car very inconsiderate of a patients family I've left messages at 2 nurses station and the third station the mail box was full I really hope there treatment is better than their customer service which I give it a 2 star rating .

The rehab folks and all the staff were wonderful. I got from barely able to stanf to walking a half mile in three weeks!

My cousin was here for a short stay. The staff seemed compassionate and attentive. Seemed like they had fun activities for the residents, however she was most impressed with the rehab team.
