Chris is a very nice fellow. Promptly showed us the room Avamere had available and the other amenities. Of course, my MIL was already there before she passed away and we'd already seen everything except for the room. Food is meh but tolerable. I wouldn't turn it down, especially if I was starving! Staff is very nice and the place is clean, bright, and sunny. Plus, there are lots of activities to participate in. It's set back a bit off the main street and is in a wooded area but not so thickly wooded that someone would be able to sneak in and create havoc.

The staff was so friendly. Staff went out of their way to stop by and introduce themselves. They also went out of there way to help getting my mother into a safe place as quickly as possible

Very friendly and professional staff. Every resident we passed by during my tour was polite and seems to really like the facility. The location is private and there seems to have had many upgrades with more on the way I believe. Tour was thorough and informative.

Place your loved ones anywhere else they will decline here very understaffed and poor teamwork and the turnover rate is comical 0 stars .

I cannot say enough good things about Hannah! She is on the ball. Such an amazing person. Everything was so streamlined to get my mom approved and moved in so quickly. I know others were likely involved in the process but Hannah was always in communication on what to expect next. My mom just moved in yesterday and everyone has been so welcoming. The facility is clean and well kept. The neighborhood is cute and homey. Very safe area. The food is good. The employees seem happy and always smiling. I feel good knowing my mom will be well taken care of here.
