We used this care facility for a few weeks for our loved one and it worked out well. They did an awesome job for him and he was as very happy with the care he received from Avalon. The staff was very friendly and attentive to what was needed. I appreciate all you did for him and in the future if we need a place again to e will definitely be going back. Thanks again.

I have never been so well taken care of than at Avalon. I have other medical problems besides the surgical rehab and they handled each issue professionally and kindly. Every one knows their job but are ready to help out when and where they are needed. I also felt safe and secure while there. I am so grateful to Avalon for changing the way I think about my health, get on track and move forward...baby steps. The nursing staff is outstanding. You can rely on any one of them to give you the right meds at the right time with kindness and humor. Bravo Avalon!

This facility is HORRIBLE. They didn't even care enough to make sure my grandmother's dentures were inserted correctly so she could eat. Effectively starving her. There is nothing in the way of care here. The staff were unhelpful and downright rude when we'd ask even the simplest of question. I never saw a single person do any kind of work while I'd visit my grandmother. They just hide in the office. The damage this place did to my grandmother's health is irreversible, she is now bed bound because they missed so many of her injuries after her fall that landed her here. They didn't administer her medication. She had an undiagnosed UTI and blood clot in her lung when our family was finally able to move her. They never addressed her injured knee at all and lied to us about her condition.

If you love your family or yourself DO NOT bring them here.
