This is the first time I have ever visited this facility. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism the courteous and the friendliness of their staff. Extremely clean and the Patience's seem very well taken care of.

Most of the employees are not very friendly and when you push the button for help, you can wait up to three hours before you even get them to come into the room and then they tell you they’ll be right with you and you wait another 25 minutes I would never recommend anybody to come here

Avalon Springs is a very nice, clean facility. Everyone i came in contact with greeted me with a big smile and Hello!!!

A family member just got admitted. The staff has been attentive and compassionate and caring...Tiffany insisted on changing his blanket bc he spilled a little coffee on it. She said "we can't have a dirty blanket". Who does that? Well obviously this place. So far, so good.

I love Avalon Springs. We brought my mom here several weeks ago after a horrible fall. They have been taking good care of her. The facility is clean, unlike others I’ve seen. The staff is very caring.
