I picked up here via agency! Very friendly and informal staff! Organized! In-house staff really takes care of their residents! They certainly have them on routine! No surprises! Supplies stocked especially weekends! I’d pick up here again if given the opportunity! Check them out!

They are providing outstanding care for my mother. Mark, the owner, is usually seen on premises 7 days a week and is very responsive to family requests. His staff truly is compassionate, caring and professional. Highly recommend this facility.

I really believe this is one of the very best nursing homes in new castle. My great uncle, my great grandma and my aunt was there.. I cannot express my gratitude to Mark and the Tanner family as well as all the workers.. I loved working there when I did.

This place is super unprofessional!! Also to the boss is disrespectful to his workers treats them like garbage unless he likes you. They argue infront of the residents at the desk. Also one of the nurses nod off at the nurses station and they don’t do nothing about it. Horrible place!!!

My grandma has been residing at the Haven for about 5 years now. She's on her way out of this world but she would not have been here this long without their caring staff. They take the time to know your loved one and treat them like family. My grandma is 95 and they have taken exceptional care of her skin, hygiene and spirit. The owner is there pretty much every single day and you are never restricted from a visit. I wish I knew how to thank these compassionate care-givers adequately.
