We have received incredible support from the staff at Autumn Leaves who have gone above and beyond since move in. They are responsive and extremely caring. We love how Autumn Leaves is a smaller facility that allows for more 1:1 care and attention. Kristina is very involved as an ED and leads with compassion. Rebecca the DON is extremely responsive and solution oriented. Monica is an absolute gem! We are so happy with the support we have received from their team.

I have a very special place in my heart for Autumn Leaves and highly recommend this community for people needing memory care. Kristina, the Executive Director, and Monica, the Life Enrichment Manager are wonderful and knowledgeable and genuinely care about their residents.

My mom has been at Aspen Woods for almost 3 years now. The environment is inviting and comforting. Monica does a wonderful job of organizing fun events and activities for the residents. My family and I recently enjoyed the Holiday Party with live music, delicious food and friendly conversation with staff and other families. Thank you to all at Aspen Woods for making this a home for my mom.

I am so impressed with the care given to the members of the community here. What I love most is the small community and how the caregivers relate to the residents. I am also impressed with how clean it is.<br><br>We recently attended the Holiday Party. The entertainment was two musicians who were really great. They chose songs that the residents enjoyed.The dinner was very good and I felt like I was at a family gathering.<br><br>I am always amazed at Monica's energy and how she seems to be be able to choose projects that individual members relate to. Our loved one was a bricklayer in his younger years and she currently has a bricklaying project that he loves. He constantly tells us how happy he is there.<br><br>I could go on but just let me say that we were lucky to find this place. They seem to truly care about the residents and keep them active and clean.

Aspen Woods is truly a unique place for mom. With a wonderful new director Kristina who has been very supportive to our families and Monica the activities director has a gift of recognizing each residents unique strengths and works with them with great care. Her activities are so engaging. It’s a huge part of their every day experiences<br>Thank you Monica. So important in a memory care facility. This community is unique and has a solid volunteer team. From the nurses to the support workers Aspen Woods is definitely a place to call home!!! Thank you for taking such good care of my mom!! 💜💜💜
