I would like to Thank the entire staff, during my dad's first ever respite Care stay!! On the day of his arrival I as his caregiver (daughter) walked away in complete peace knowing that my dad was in good hands 🙌🏾, from the staff, the cleanest, they all gave me a Comfortable feeling. Heartland Hospice assured me that this was the favorable place for my dad....they all were totally correct!! Everything I sent for him was returned ! I shared with Ms. Donna that this will be our recommended stay in the future...my dad was really taken good care of...Thank you all ❣️😀

I recently visited Autumn Care of Nash and was impressed with their southern hospitality and charm. Everyone I encountered had a smile said hello. The facility staff worked with a "rhythm" ensuring the resident needs were met. Thank you for welcoming me and touring me through your beautiful facility.

My grandma went here for rehabilitation, she had a port due to her having cancer previously and survived it. The people here never took precautions with that in mind which became very bad for her, the bacteria basically traveled through her port and destroyed the valves on her heart. Not only did this end up killing my grandmother later on with a duel assist with Nash Hospital, but the staff here at Autumn Care will let your grandparents/parents use the bathroom on themselves and then tell you they'll just "clean it up later" when we told them she had to use the bathroom and it was literally 7 feet away from her bed at the time, they didn't have time nor wanted to help her. If you wish for your grandparents/parents to become worse with their issues and possibly die this is the place to go. I would put 0/5 terrible staff, terrible rehab, terrible place.

I would like to take a moment to recognize and sincerely thank, Billie Jo, LPN, for the exceptional care she provided to my grandmother during her time at Autumn Care of Nash. Billie Jo consistently demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and a true dedication to her patients. Working the 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift, she went above and beyond in ways that truly made a difference—not only in my grandmother’s comfort, but in her overall well-being. She took the time to provide thoughtful personal care, including mouth care and even doing my grandmother’s hair, which meant so much to our family. What stood out the most was Billie Jo’s attentiveness and clinical judgment. When I became deeply concerned about my grandmother’s condition and felt that my concerns were not being fully addressed earlier in the day, Billie Jo listened. She took my concerns seriously, assessed my grandmother thoroughly, and quickly recognized signs consistent with sepsis. Without hesitation, she contacted the physician and ensured my grandmother was transferred to the hospital. Thanks to her prompt action and advocacy, my grandmother was diagnosed with sepsis and received the care she urgently needed. I truly believe that Billie Jo’s responsiveness and dedication played a critical role in saving her life. Throughout the entire situation, I never felt dismissed or given the runaround. Billie Jo was genuine, attentive, and transparent—qualities that are invaluable in healthcare. She is not only a highly competent nurse, but also a deeply caring individual with a true passion for what she does. Our family will always be grateful for the care she provided. Thank you, Billie Jo, for being the kind of nurse every patient deserves.
