My friend that is 38 went into this facility and ever since she’s been in there, she has only gotten worse. They seem to be taking her rights away from her and using her memory problem against her. They run out of food. The staff is ignorant they can’t never answer questions they give you the runaround. This is not the place where you want to send a loved one too. Now it’s if it’s a family member that you don’t care about this is the place You throw them in it’s worse than jail. But if you love You are loved one you will not send them to a place like this. They let you suffer. They run out of food constantly. It’s horrible. Their elevators are constantly broken. You ask them to see the dentist and they send a dentist. They know they do not send you out to your own Dentist. Any and everything you ask for it takes forever for them to accomplish. They talk to you crazy like you’re a child. The staff is always sleeping at night so God forbid something were to happen to you.

Honestly , if I can give it negative stars I would! Please do not send your loved ones here . The staff only care about a paycheck and that’s it they treat the residents very poorly ! The place itself is very old and dirty they have roaches mice and bed bugs ! the elevators are always out of order it smells like urine! I was trying to get the 4th floor nurse attention to let her know there was a spill on the floor she didn’t even realize I was speaking to her because she was to busy on her phone rather than doing her job and pay attention to the residents
