Do your own research and do not believe what you are told by the “sales people” at this company. They do not tell you that the out of pocket cost is way cheaper in the long run than using your insurance. I’ve paid triple what I could have paid by choosing to use my insurance instead of cash. Supplies are also way overpriced here. I can purchase supplies with cash from Amazon and not deal with the cost and lack of helpful people that are working for this facility.

From the receptionist, to working with the technician, they were very professional when explaining everything about my newest CPAP machine. The technician even went "the extra mile" to find me more comfortable headgear wraps than what I've used in the past. I look forward to working with them in the future to meet my needs.

Krista was exceptional at promptly attending to my fathers cpap repair needs and getting him a replacement. She was kind, patient and made sure he understood how to properly use and clean his machine. Chris was awesome too for bringing the parts we needed and discussing with us the best options to go forward. 100% recommend this location and the awesome staff that work here. The front desk lady was very nice as well.

Please Note, this review is for THIS HEALTHY@HOME Concord LOCATION ONLY. I found Bridget Steele, the receptionist and Savannah Harris, the respiratory specialist to be OUTSTANDING! Both of them are focused on their patients. They do whatever is necessary to solve their patients' problems and make the experience as pleasurable as possible. This location is an additional 30 minutes drive for me, but because of both Savannah and Bridget, it is worth my time and effort to make the extra drive. I have visited this location twice and both times were great visits! I wish I could say the same for the Healthy@Home location that is closer to me. Bridget does everything she can to solve your problem ahead of time. She is pleasant and very personable. Savannah is focused on making sure you have the right equipment, that it is comfortable, that you know how to use it, and that you know you can come back for help if you need it. She listens and does her best to ensure you are satisfied, that your problem was solved, and that you have a plan moving forward that will satisfy your needs long term. I am glad to know that Savannah and Bridget are on my team and that I can count on them when I need them.
