The front desk was very helpful and expedient in getting me to my destination. Place was clean and safe. Staff seemed friendly and accommodating. Glad I made the visit to see my uncle. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for an assisted living center.

To keep If you're reading this because you're looking for a rehabilitation or nursing facility for someone you love, please think carefully before choosing this place. I am sharing my experience because I genuinely believe people deserve to know what I have seen. In my experience, emergency call bells can ring for long periods before anyone responds. Patients who need help are often left waiting while staff socialize instead of answering call lights. That is frightening when someone could be having a real medical emergency. The cleanliness has also been unacceptable. I have seen feces left in shower areas, and I have seen mice running through patient rooms. These are basic health and safety issues that should never be ignored in a healthcare facility. I have also had serious concerns about medication handling. From what I personally observed and what was discussed by supervisors, there were concerns involving missing pain medication, including OxyContin/oxycodone. I cannot understand why these concerns did not appear to result in meaningful action. Patients deserve to know that their medications are being handled safely and correctly. Whenever I or others brought serious concerns to management or the director, I felt dismissed. Instead of listening and investigating, it seemed like our concerns were brushed aside or ignored. As a patient, that leaves you feeling powerless and unheard. The food portions are inadequate, the response to emergencies is poor, and many patients deserve far better care than what I have witnessed. I am not writing this because I'm angry. I am writing this because I hope it prevents someone else from going through the same experience. If you have a family member who needs rehabilitation or nursing care, please visit facilities, ask questions, and advocate for them. If your insurance allows it, I strongly encourage you to look at other options before choosing this one. I am trying to bring attention to these issues because I believe they could affect patients' health and safety. My hope is that speaking up will help protect others and, potentially, save lives......telling everyone they sweet talk you that's only thing they likto do.

I took my sister inlaw who had a stroke here yesterday to be weaned off a trek she had placed in her throat . Her respiratory therapist jean with 25 years experience. was just wonderful .he gave me the hope I needed .and shortly after i met a. Ms. Silvers who gave me the warmest welcome at that point i knew it had to be God that sent me here..thank you and . thank you atrium for having a that bed available for isabella ferrelli room 104..

As a family member of a patient at Atrium Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing, I am grateful for the care and attention my father has received. The staff have been kind, professional, and supportive throughout his stay. A special thank you to the new Assistant Director, who has taken the time to answer my questions and provide reassurance regarding my father's care. Her compassion, professionalism, and willingness to listen give me great peace of mind. No facility is perfect, and there will be times when challenges arise, however, what has stood out to me is the reassurance from management and their commitment to addressing concerns, and continuously working to create a better environment for both residents and staff. Knowing that they are dedicated to improving the quality of care for our loved ones provides a great sense of comfort. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and excellent care.

My Mom was admitted to The Atrium long term since November 2025.I have waited to see if it was what it seemed before giving a review. Now I am able to give an accurate and honest review. The Admissions Department Staff were very professional and helped me a lot when she arrived, because I live out of State and was unable to be present. When I was able to get there The Director and Staff all came out to introduce themselves to me. The Security is State of The Arts and give a great sense of protection. Mom did not eat before, now she enjoys her meals because it is tasty,I was able to see where all the magic takes place and was impressed. I can sleep now at nights knowing that my Mother is getting good care, because I live out of State I was concerned about the care. The different Faculties call me quarterly to report and update me on her care. The Social Workers are kind and I can reach out at anytime and my concerns are taken care of seriously and with urgency. I can actually recommend The Atrium and give them a 5* rating because in my opinion they tick every box.
