The staff is caring, compassionate, and attentive, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the residents. The facility is welcoming, clean, and provides a comfortable environment. You have peace of mind knowing your loved one is in good hands. Highly recommend!

Our family toured a few independent/assisted living communities in Las Vegas and ended up choosing Atria Seville for our 93 yr. old Mom. From the moment we contacted Atria Seville, our experience with them has been incredibly pleasant, professional and caring. They consistently have gone above and beyond our expectations both in dealing with us and our Mom. She has now been there for 4 weeks and we can already see a positive difference in her. What truly sets Atria apart is the outstanding staff. The caregivers, nurses, restaurant staff, administrative and maintenance teams treat residents with genuine kindness, dignity, and patience. Every single person we have met is kind, caring, friendly and willing to help in any way they can. Every resident we met was friendly, welcoming and happy to be living at Atria.<br><br>The amenities and daily schedule are fantastic. There is always a diverse range of activities offered (i.e. daily fitness classes, craft workshops, live music, organized outings) ensuring that their residents stay active, engaged, and socially connected. The dining program is equally impressive, offering 3 daily nutritious, high-quality meals with plenty of variety in a restaurant-style setting.<br><br>We are so grateful that our Mom is a resident at Atria and we highly recommend it to any family seeking compassionate, top-tier care for their loved ones. We feel relief knowing she is in a warm, caring and supportive environment and is safe.

A staff member held the door open for me. I thanked him, but he didn't hear me. He then scolded me for not thanking him and how rude of a person I am. Even if that were true, that is no reason for this immature behavior. Get over yourself.

Buyer beware! Even if you sign a "lease" there is absolutely nothing that stops them from arbitrary price hikes that can be over 10%. If you think you are paying one price at the start of your "lease" by month 6 you can be paying signficantly more. It's the classic bait and switch and so unfortunate to do this to people on fixed incomes. Just a depressing reality of this place

Fantastic place for a loved one who wants to feel like they still matter. Our father moved into Atria several months ago, after being cared for by family in his home. We can't sing the praises of Atria enough. Having a care facility monitor safety, assist with bathing and provide meals lifts a giant physical and mental burden for caregivers. Atria takes it a step further by providing a network of people who truly care for your loved one, enabling family caregivers to go back to the more important roles of friend, daughter/son, etc. and enjoy family time together rather than meeting minimum care needs. Our dad went from being wholeheartedly opposed to leaving his home to saying "if I can't be in my home, I'm glad I can be here"
