If you or a loved one needs home health care, look elsewhere! The only reason I gave 1 star is because that's the only way I could leave a review. No one ever returns phone calls, no one in the office seems to know what's going on. One of the nurses took my wife's blood work to the wrong hospital, twice they lost her urinalysis! According to the EOB from Humana, my wife didn't receive all of her nursing visits! Katie her OT was supposed to be here Mon morning and never showed up! Finally when my wife called, Katie said, "oh no, I'm waiting for a recert"! Well, we're you going to call! Finally Tara was supposed to come by for re-evaluate, she said "oh,I'm here to discharge you, you're done. WHAT!!! No warning, no one called from the office to inform us, just see ya. My wife still needs help! No one will answer our phone calls or return them! They're all a bunch of crooks and liars! Hmmm, wonder if they'll talk to my attorney?
