Place has really gone down hill with new management. These residents deserve so much better care. Try to call and ask for a nurse...wont ever happen. Been there since the doors opened...this place is horrible compared to past. Dont bring your loved one here

We feel safe, not only physically, but also emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.<br>The entire staff always have smiles on their faces, call you by name, and are fast to respond to any needs of residents. We are a family here in a wonderful community.<br>Well a few months later-<br>Complete change of staff…<br>Air conditioners not working in several rooms, making the rounds…<br>Questioning maintenance work… just one worker now, able to do it all ?

I have a close friend that lives in this facility and she was very excited to move in earlier this year. However, recently things have changed and Astral has entered a period of significant mismanagement from the new leadership that was brought in. Resident concerns are not being addressed. Safety matters seem to be of no concern. The quality of life promised by the facility has decreased significantly all because of poor leadership. I would not advise anyone to consider this facility until new management is in place and resident concerns have been addressed and acted upon.

Steer clear of here. Interesting response! If you really cared you would listen to your paying customers, get rid of the toxic individual who has trashed the building and created a proverbial dumpster fire. That place used to be so classy.

My husband and I toured and had lunch there. I had my mother in a nursing home years ago. Just recently had my brother in one. This place is phenomenal awesome. I can’t say enough.The personal was very nice and informative. It was very clean. The price was unbelievable reasonable.
