UPDATE: For 8 months my parents have lived in assisted living and have been so very happy. My father recently passed away to short illness. The entire staff showed such compassion to not only my mother but to our whole family. They even took care of her dog while we were at my fathers bedside. They continue to help my mom through this difficult time, with such love and understanding. Such a wonderful staff throughout the Assisted Living at Sacred Heart!<br>After much research it was decided to move my parents 250 miles here to Sacred Heart. One is in rehab and other is in assisted living, staff has been so compassionate and accommodating with every step of the way. Within a week and the outstanding care my mother is receiving she has made major improvements, even family can tell over the phone. My only regret was not bringing them sooner.

You need to give your residents access to more online apps and websites. My friend there can't socialize properly because of your restrictions. He is not even that old yet and he has to live like he's got 2 years of life left. Have some actual sympathy!

So disappointed! Staff is too busy gossiping and causing problems than doing their jobs. Facility is run down, some showers do not work, rooms are small and crowded for 2 residents, windows have mold around them and are not sealed properly, have been lied to several times in regards to flight management and care plan discussions are followed through. Found bugs in a residents food! Ceilings leak. Run down. They hide the holes in the walls with furniture or decor. How one resident can know details about other residents…shame on staff for taking part! NO COMMUNICATION! Do not expect them to contact you about anything, they do not answer the phones in the wings, they don’t return phone calls in the front office, you will NEVER hear from the doctor or RN. Was so much nicer when it was SACRED HEART. Find a place that is clean and does not have a turnover in staff.
