Carroll Manor is a breath of fresh air. The Staff is compassionate and has great communication skills. Most of all everyone has been so kind, friendly, helpful and has a great happy personality 😊 ☺️ 💖 knowing my mom is in good care gives me a peace of mind. The aids, nurses and wound specialist are wonderful. Thanks for listening and addressing our concerns. The facility is clean and doesn't smell like most nursing home. Still a few goals that needs to be met pertaining to therapy and activities but I'm optimistic those concerns will be met as well.

My aunt is a patient at Carroll Manor; she has been living there for 3 years. During this time, she has had 10 bladder infections and currently is battling one- yet no one will change her or assist her to a bed pan in a timely manner. Today she has been seeking help for over an hour, and this is not conducive to her condition nor recovery. She has IBS and an autoimmune condition that makes her susceptible to infections and mobility complications. She has reported that the staff has missed administering her laxatives. After 90 minutes, she was finally assisted to the bathroom. Though she now says she has a stomachache, colon pain and UTI pain. Please make sure to advocate for your loved ones here, because staff can be highly neglectful. Resident's health conditions should not deteriorate at such a pace as they are living here.
