As a visitor, I was very concerned by what I observed during my visit. A nurse identified as Rose Nortey appeared to be asleep or otherwise disengaged while on duty at the nurses’ station. During this time, residents were in need of assistance, and I was concerned that medication administration and other resident care needs could be delayed. In a healthcare setting, residents depend on staff to remain attentive, alert, and available to respond promptly to their needs.

This experience left me concerned about resident safety and the quality of care being provided. I hope management reviews this matter and takes appropriate steps to ensure residents receive the attention, medications, and care they deserve.
