My reason why I give Luther Haven such a low star is do towards poor policy information. Nobody ever signs-in when coming to visit their love ones as well the most main issue i have is I thought theyre were "NO KIDS ALLOWED" left unattended with the elders? I've been notincing as well hearing kids/babies being left with the elders throughout the day/night. There isnt any rules posted up about that and if it is nobody isnt looking into more and doing their daily check-in routines. I've wittiness people sneaking in from the back door at night as well living in with the occupants. Someone who is in charge there really needs to hire some kind of Security officer at the front main door also the back door parking lot. Yet again there aren't any cameras nowhere in the hallways? "CODE RED"!!!!!!! If you go onto Luther haven website its no indication or understanding about their "POLICY","SAFTY","SECURITY","VISITORS RULES" other than that this place can be awesome living for your love ones in a better safer place!
