Small enough that the staff actually knows my dad's name. He's picky about food and they figured that out on their own without me having to say anything. Little things like that matter.

I wish there was a NO star rating… This place is HORRIBLE, the staff don’t clean the rooms or bathrooms, they steal from the residents, the administrators suck, they have all these great things posted on their site which does not occur, they don’t have training dealing with memory care people, they don’t have a onsite nurse, there isn’t any actives happening, they don’t provide transportation to and from doctors appointments or anything else for that matter. The workers don’t respect their job or the residents, no weekly outings, no one cares about the people in their care, the owner Kurosh only care about a check, he does not listen when you have concerns, I’ve seen him twice in a year and both times he was not interested in anything I said to say. I’ve explained to him an and his administrative staff about ongoing issues which they should already see considering they are in the building supposedly everyday. Wabash home switch staff every single month, so it’s hard to say who steals what or who is not doing the cleanings they should be but my my Grandmother has been a victim of a crime and it’s THEFT at its finest. They also have mice, I’ve found droppings in my Grandmother’s room twice now, the building is nice because it was rebuilt after a fire last year, which is how they suck you in, but that’s literally the only good thing about Wabash Home… Unfortunately, it took me a while to remove my Grandmother because of other issues, but having to go out and clean, change her bedding, bring laundry home, because staff just wasn’t doing it became a bigger problem for me, considering they are getting paid to do just that and provide care, if you love your family members and don’t want to go out almost 4 plus times a week to make sure things are getting done or doing them yourself, trust me this is not the place for you. Now if you don’t care about your family member, then by all means go right ahead and enroll them here, but trust me they won’t provide the care they should provide. Good luck if you enroll in Adava Care, I’ve heard things about his other buildings which sounds worse, but I can only speak on the WaBash home and staff… If you do have family members here, check in on them as often as you can, especially those with memory concerns…
