First time visiting a friend here. Oh my gosh! I told the lady at the desk I came for a visit but now want to check in. Just kidding with her. This is the cleanest, nicest rehab facility I have ever visited. I interacted with 3 employees. Each was kind, compassionate, and helpful. After having bad experiences at other facilities I was impressed with this one. Kudos to the Manager.

We visited a friend who had just moved into long term care. A cheerful receptionist greeted us and provided clear directions. Once we arrived at the living room we were quickly directed by a staff person to our waiting friend who was seated in an area overlooking a patio surrounded by lovely shrubs and flowers. We really enjoyed sharing memories about old times. Once she got tired she was wheeled back to her room. All staff were friendly and attentive. We look forward to our visit next week.

My first time being there since they built this new place. Safety and the best care for there staff and residents was number one. I loved the way the residents were taken care of. I give them a 1000 stars. Thanks Aldergate

I visited an elderly widow lady from our church today who is in Asbury Rehabitlitation Center after having a hip replacement. She commented how wonderful all the physical therapists were! What a gorgeous facility. Every staff member I met was friendly, helpful and efficient. They each went out of their way to go above and beyond what is expected. This would definitely be my choice if any family members or close friends ever need to go to rehab! God bless you all.

Do not trust the five-star reviews on this place. Most of them are from first time visitors who have not yet experienced The facility on a day-to-day basis. The nurses and CNA's are fantastic five Star worthy⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but Physicians in charge failed to understand patient's situation. And created a waste of days. And caused the patient to become worse than he was when he entered. Physicians failed to listen to the patient and what he needed to get better. They use their own understanding and failed to incorporate the patient's primary and rheumatologist help. There was no briefing as to their strategy for the patient upon entering into the facility. The nurses are fantastic, The facility is clean. But the executive staff is a failure. Their short-term rehabilitation center in my opinion from an executive standpoint is just an entryway for them to get you to buy into their long-term tenant homes. I believe I made a mistake of trusting the five-star reviews before entering my family into this place. Make sure you do your due diligence.
