For Anyone that has a family member starting the Journey with Dementia, I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Connections staff at The Artisan at Hudson. They are truly special individuals—compassionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly dedicated to the people they care for.<br><br>From the moment my Mom became part of their community, they went above and beyond to make sure she was loved, cared for, safe, and treated with dignity. The amount of love and compassion they showed my Mom is something our family will never forget.<br><br>Because of their dedication, Mom was able to have an extra year with us, and for that, we will be forever grateful. They encouraged her to stay active, made sure she was moving and interacting with others, and, most importantly, they brought out her sassy, funny, and endearing personality. They didn’t just care for her—they truly got to know her and made her feel valued and loved.<br><br>Choosing a place for someone you love is one of the hardest decisions a family can make. If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be genuinely cared for, respected, and surrounded by people who truly care, I cannot recommend The Artisan at Hudson and the Connections staff highly enough.<br><br>Thank you to Niki and her extraordinary team for giving our family something priceless: more time with Mom, and the comfort of knowing she was loved and cared for every step of the way. We will be forever grateful.
