Alexis is far more than a Memory Care Advisor—she is an advocate, educator, and compassionate guide for families navigating one of the most difficult decisions they will ever make. During our tour, her knowledge of dementia and memory care was immediately evident. She took the time to thoroughly explain not only the services and care provided, but also the reasoning behind every aspect of the community’s design, programming, and approach to supporting residents living with dementia. What impressed me most was that Alexis never made me feel pressured. Instead, she listened carefully, answered every question honestly, and helped me understand what was truly best for my father’s safety, dignity, and quality of life. She spoke from both professional expertise and genuine compassion, making an incredibly stressful process feel manageable. Her follow-up and communication were exceptional. Alexis remained available whenever I needed guidance, checked in regularly, and treated our family as though we were her only priority. It is clear that she genuinely cares about the residents and families she serves. Because of Alexis, I felt confident and at peace with our decision.
