Alexis was amazing throughout the transition from one nursery to another. She made the entire process feel smooth, easy, and stress-free. Her support, patience, and communication really helped during a time that could have been overwhelming. I truly appreciate all the help and care she provided. Highly recommend!

The staff at Arden Courts is amazing. They know so much about how to deliver outstanding care. My husband’s cognitive decline was rapid. They cared for him, made him feel comfortable and safe. I am so very grateful to everyone who took such good care of him.<br><br>I had heard wonderful things about the care at Arden Courts from others who had loved ones there. The AC staff lived up to every expectation. I am so grateful.

From the moment we walked into Arden Courts, we knew this place was different. I originally had three additional tours scheduled that same day, but after meeting Memory Care Advocate Alexis, Nurse Jazmine, and Activity Director Julie, I canceled the rest and immediately asked to be placed on the waitlist for my mother.<br><br>Alexis gave us one of the most educational, compassionate, and honest tours we have experienced throughout this entire process. Her knowledge of dementia, the progression of the disease, and how the environment truly impacts quality of life was incredible. She answered every question with patience and confidence and made us feel supported instead of pressured. You can tell this is not just a job to her — she genuinely cares about families navigating one of the hardest decisions of their lives.<br>Jazmine was equally impressive. Her warmth, professionalism, and clinical knowledge gave us immediate peace of mind. Julie’s energy and passion for engagement and activities were amazing to see — the residents were active, smiling, and truly involved Julie even said with a twinkle in her eye I just love my job and I believe her wholeheartedly.<br>What stood out most was the continued support even after the tour. Alexis has consistently kept me updated regarding the waitlist status, checked in on our family, and even stopped by our home with flowers and “The Itty Bitty Dementia Book,” which meant more to us than she probably realizes. That level of compassion is rare.<br>To make things even more reassuring, four of my close friends already have a parent or aunt living there, and every single one of them speaks so highly of the care and support their loved ones receive.<br>We truly cannot wait for my mother to become part of the Arden Courts family. If you are looking for memory care and want a place that combines expertise, compassion, communication, and genuine heart, this is it.

Our family will forever be grateful for the care and compassion shown at Arden Courts during my father’s final years.<br><br>From the moment he arrived, it was clear that this was more than just a facility—it’s a team of people who truly care. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure my dad felt comfortable, supported, and genuinely valued.<br><br>I also want to recognize Alexis, who was incredible in communicating with our family throughout the entire process. She was always responsive, thoughtful, and made sure we felt informed and supported every step of the way. That level of communication brought us a great deal of comfort during a very difficult time.<br><br>I want to specifically highlight Julie and Shannon, who were both absolutely amazing. Shannon, in particular, made a lasting impact on our family. She went far beyond her role in activities—taking the time to connect with my dad in a way that felt personal, intentional, and full of heart. She treated him with a level of kindness and dignity that we will never forget.<br><br>In such a difficult season of life, Arden Courts gave our family peace of mind and reassurance that my dad was in the best possible hands.
