We are extremely happy with the care our loved one is receiving at Arden Courts. The entire staff has been amazing!! A special thank you to Kim and Hollis for all of their help in placing our loved one. Arden Courts entire staff deserves more than a 5 star rating!! Always a pleasant greeting from every receptionist...every time I arrive!! That is appreciated beyond measure!! The nursing staff has been wonderful. A special shout out to Emily who has always been available to answer any questions or listen to any concerns. All of the CNAs have been kind and considerate, and especially caring!!! I would highly recommend Arden Courts to anyone needing a memory care facility for their loved one. To our loved one, Arden Courts truly does feel like home.

Tim Odaynik , Director at Arden Courts is exceptional. He was welcoming, informative, kind, and thorough in his presentation of the facility when we first brought mom. Two years later he continues to go above and beyond to meet our moms needs and our expectations. The staff are warm, knowledgeable, compassionate and attentive. I strongly recommend this facility..

My family was looking for a place for my father to spend the Summer in Connecticut as his everyday needs were becoming challenging. Immediately upon touring Arden Courts we could see it was well managed. The grounds are beautiful boasting all the flowering trees and shrubs one would expect with walking paths to meander along while visiting. The over cleanliness inside was apparent. Never an easy decision, but we signed up to have my dad stay there for a few months to see how it would go. On our visit last week I knew we made the right choice. He has been well cared for by an excellent staff. In the short time he has been there they know so much about him. They even know what time the Boston Celtics are on and make sure he is watching their run to a championship, hopefully. So far the experience has been above expectations.

I am so thankful for Arden Courts in Avon! Last year, my dad had a stroke that made living with dementia that much harder. When I had to quickly find a new community for him, Tim and the staff at were very responsive and provided solutions to his needs. My dad has flourished since he moved in to Arden Courts. He's gone from being practically wheelchair-bound to using his walker consistently and safely. He attends all of the activities. The caregivers truly care and have really made a difference in my dad's life. Thank you!

Arden Courts of Avon is an excellent choice if you are searching for a caring, supportive, and safe place for a loved one suffering from dementia. I visited a number of care facilities in my quest to find the best place for my family member, and Arden Courts of Avon truly stood out as the best. They provide a warm, caring and beautifully appointed environment that's as close as possible to home - but with all the safeguards necessary for memory care patients.
