I would give Mae and the staff at Arch 10 stars if I could. The best compliment I can give is if I needed memory care, Arch is where I'd want to go. They took excellent care of my mother the final weeks of her life. They treated her like a member of their own family, even though she was quite a hand full right to the end. After she passed, they washed her clothes and packed her belongings and had them ready for me to pick up a couple of days later. They sent a sympathy card and even attended her memorial service a couple of months later.
