If I could give zero stars I would. Since they changed owners this facility has declined drastically. My grandmother was in the memory care and was hit by a staff member going through the door not once but twice and the second time ultimately ended her life due to the injuries she sustained. My grandfather also lives there but not in memory care. He has issues with blood flow to his legs and feet. He had an infection that he was treated for. The staff obviously did not check on his foot where the infection was until it was so bad that now he is facing amputation or worse. If you trust people to care for your loved ones with dignity and compassion do not bring them here. I'm not one to leave reviews but I feel that anyone looking for a skilled nursing facility should know this information.

Walked in to see my mom and witnessed a CNA telling a resident that seemed very confused "let's not act like a two year old." Even though they are not cognitively all there words still matter and these are adults. Mom has been here about a week now and after asking 3 times she finally was showered today. I really thought this was a decent place until my mom told me that they left her on a bed pan for 30 minutes, the long waits to get someone to answer her call light (30 minutes!), oh and today having to wait almost an hour and a half to get someone to help her to the bathroom. I have complained to the head nurse and director Kelly and Tina and all I hear is a bunch of excuses but no action. The place is filthy and smells like urine, the food is horrible like you wouldn't want to eat it yourself let alone give it to your dog, and the staff are absolutely outnumbered. I feel absolutely beside myself. I want to bring her home at this point or get her moved.

My sister hasn’t been there a week yet and It feels like we’re a big family. They’re concerned about everything that will make her happy and professionally cared for in the facility. Very family oriented. Great place

This place is horrendous! If you have any control at all, DO NOT place your loved one here. Specifically the memory care unit-horrible! It looks like poverty level with disgusting rooms, paint from god knows when (knowing this place it probably has lead in it). The beds are old as dirt too, and they are more like hospital gurney, and they are provided one little sheet type thing. Do not buy them anything of value because the staff doesn't pay attention at all and my Dad's stuff was missing every time we went in to see him. They called it "going shopping", referring to the patients with dementia/Alzheimers who just go in and out of rooms and take stuff. I understand that part cant be controlled, but staff should be more aware and make sure people have what they need. My dad worked a good job for years and ended up having to be in this place, living with zero dignity in horrible conditions. Thank goodness he was only there for only a short time, and we got him in somewhere else. Zero clue how this place is still open.

Why does this establishment have any good reviews? This place is negligent on all accounts, refused to tend to issue. They only had a couple people that worked at this facility that cared and they are now gone because they were not getting paid. The company went bankrupt. I do hope it gets corrected. Many will have to spend their last days here and it should not be in torture. The facility would run out of food and supplies all the time. This has been reported to the state. It’s sad our elderly are treated like this.
