This facility was always there for me in my time of need for my mother on multiple occasions and for my brother the care was exceptional from my experience she had been at one other facility prior that I was not impressed with and the compassion I endured at community care center In my mothers final days was amazing not only for my mom but for me as well!

No stars for this place! My Dad was in there for 5 days and almost died there because of neglect!! We filed a complaint and they were found to be guilty of improper nursing !!! I dont recommend this place for anyone!!

I want to know how a Nursing home can willingly have a bed bug issue and know about for months and not do anything about it. Spraying a room is not going to get rid of the problem.

No stars. Only take your loved one here if you are ready for them to die. Neglectful. Hesitated when we insisted on a transfer to the hospital. Our grandpa would have died if they went with their treatment. He was septic and very very dehydrated. Do not recommend.
