My mother has been in Evergreen section of Arbor Terrace and she is thriving. The care and attention she has received has been terrific. A special shoutout to Christine, the social director who keeps the residents busy all day. Mom is never in her room. Whether it’s IBeth or Chanel, Maya or any of the other very capable caregivers- I know my mom is in good hands.

The staff is incredibly compassionate and very<br>professional. The facility is beautiful, spotless, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. It’s clear that the residents’ comfort and well-being are their top priorities. I highly recommend this center to anyone looking for exceptional care for a loved one!

My mother moved into Arbor Terrace—Highland Park a few months ago and became friends with a number of the other residents. Our family threw her an off-site 80th birthday party this past weekend and wanted to include these new friends. I contacted Jocelyn Newhall to help me figure out how to arrange for the invitees to attend. Jocelyn went to work contacting families and arranging for transportation, as well as a caregiver to help so they could attend the event. I am so glad everyone was able to attend, without Jocelyn’s help their attendance wouldn’t have been possible.<br><br>Ultimately, she arranged for Christine Kumar to support the Arbor Terrace residents attending the event. Christine was very attentive to each resident and integrated them into the party. She seamlessly not only supported the attendees but also stepped up help my mother get around to greet the many attendees. She always had a smile on her face and helped make the overall event successful. She is a real asset to the residents of Arbor Terrace.

What a fantastic place! The staff members are so nice and organized. The food was high quality from a well-known chef in the area. I spoke with some of the residents. They were laughing and having a good time. 😊 The craft area looked really cool too!
