For more than 25 years, I have been an entertainer for dozens of senior living venues throughout the Chicagoland area on a continual basis(3 - 4 times annually at each venue). Among the best(if not THE BEST) that I have seen during my career is Arbor Terrace in Glenview. When I visit to perform for their residents, I'm impressed by how bright and clean it is AND how happy and content the residents are! Activity director Gauri Sawat and her assistants Fia, Kendra and the rest of the conscientious staff has a great work ethic and are very well-organized, highly professional and pleasant. They are truly dedicated and attentive to their residents' needs and constantly demonstrate that they take their work seriously. Indeed, it is obvious that they care deeply about their seniors(which is very refreshing compared to the apathy I often encounter at many other senior living venues). Suffice it to say that I highly recommend Arbor Terrace in Glenview to anyone seeking a wonderful, caring home for their loved one(s)!

I would like to recognize Joyce for the incredible job she does at the front desk. From the moment you walk through the doors, Joyce greets everyone with a warm smile and somehow remembers every resident, family member, and visitor by name. That personal touch means more than she probably realizes.<br><br>Going through this journey with my dear friend has been one of the most difficult experiences in my life, and Joyce has helped make a very hard situation a little easier. Her kindness, compassion, and genuine caring nature have provided comfort on days when it was needed most.<br><br>Employees like Joyce are truly special. She is an incredible asset to your assisted living community, and I hope she knows how much she is appreciated. I cannot express the gratitude I have for this place. My mom unexpectedly needed assisted living, and I toured many places. The people who live there welcomed her, and the staff is amazing! She has been there since February 2026. She is very happy and we know she’s taken care of. The nurse manager has acted above and beyond with us. My mom has a complex condition, and Guillermo has checked in with me personally numerous times. Highly recommend!

Honestly, an absolutely immaculate residence - completely gorgeous & spotless.<br>I was allowed to come as an entertainer. The activity staff, to a person, were friendly & welcoming. The Engagement Director, Gauri, could not have been more lovely & classy. Everything went off without a hitch. Thanks to Everyone at Arbor Terrace Glenview 👍🙏🏻
