I’m not sure if there are other choices in companies but I would stray away from using them. These guys call me an hour before my appointment to reschedule it because they double booked, as if it’s the customer’s fault, had a horrible attitude, and then made me wait 40 minutes while the previous appointment finishes. It baffles me how an organization can be this unprofessional. I have to imagine the only reason this company is in business is due to their contracts with medical offices. Terrible.

Terrible experience ordering and getting necessary supplies. I was sent the wrong amount of cushions and the re-order is going to take 18 days to ship. So I am left using old cushions. The sleep coaches are very helpful, but supplies are very disappointing.

I had used Apria for years and then had to switch for insurance purposes but was able to switch back, now about 5 years ago. Long ago I had issues with reported changes in equipment and only the manager at this office, Jackie/Jacqui, was able to help and have me see the then lead respiratory therapist. This was many years ago now. Imagine my surprise and pleasure to find her STILL there, when I needed to get another CPAP unit (my current one is 8 years old). She was as helpful and accessible as before. She was able to make sure information was updated and to let me know what was needed and not needed! (my only issue , probably not with her, is that the unit arrived without any user manual or papers regarding set up... but I had all the ones from the original unit and all went well! It may well be that all this is now online and that Apria saves on printing costs). And later, I found things on stickers on the unit!) Still... what a pleasure to be treated well and professionally. Well done all and thanks to Jackie (sorry, I don't know how she actually spells her name).

I ordered for the first time supplies for my mom, the carrier left them at the wrong address not even making an attempt to go to my home address. I made many calls to solve the problem and was told by customer service I have to contact the carrier. The supplies were returned to the company. Awful service, meanwhile mom stopped treatment while the rental of the cpap machine still being charge to Medicare!

I have terrible service from this company. Waiting for over 4 months for someone to look at my machine. It whistles when in use. I haven’t had a restful night sleep in all this time. Waited several months for filters. They sent me the wrong nasal piece. Want to hear from someone.
