This review is not reflective of the staff at this location. They were wonderful and I had no issues with them. My insurance was never sent to the right address, even though correct cards were provided. I subsequently received calls about my CPAP supplies as being "not covered". Yes, they were not covered because the APRIA corporate billing department is incompetent. I provided them with updated billing and they still relentlessly sent me messages about payment and even a collections notice. Updated information was provided June of 2026, per their own acknlowedgement. Today, I got a collections phone call about the supplies that they billed incorrectly. I called the corporate line in beaverton oregon and got another incompetent CSR. I asked why I was getting collections when APRIA THEMSELVES told me to NOT PAY until the claim was adjudicated appropriately. The CSR simply asked me if I wanted to pay today. She was so tone deaf and just kept apologizing. I then asked what billing address they had for my insurance and she rattled off my home address. Then she acknowledged that they sent it to the correct address and that they needed more time to bill, but "she cant stop the automated system". I told her I will pay the bill, once they bill it correctly, but to cancel all rxs in their system. Completely incompetent billing program.

I have had terrible service for years, and finally got my doctor to send my Rx elsewhere.  Problems include: 1. Frequent mistakes in bills causing me to call and resolve 2. Constant upselling every time you call 3. A really janky web site that often has problems and is terribly designed. 4. Really crappy customer service: push you towards a new machine that doesn't work with your current supplies and won't trade in old unused supplies for ones that work with the new device

Very impressed with this company! All I had to do was tell my doctor what I wanted in a Walker. She does the rest. Received the Walker promptly, just what I had requested. The company called me & set up an appointment to deliver & they assemble. Medicare paid 80% & second provider paid the rest! Couldn’t have been smoother!

Horrible billing practice. You pay what your told if percentage of what insurance doesn't cover. Then 10 months later you get a bill saying you owe more claiming insurance denied paying because it was over contracted price. This has happened before, thought account was squared away. Did not order again from them, the got a bill for order back in early Dec of 2024. Its a mess. I just started ordering direct from another company at same or even lower cost and I get perks back for future purchases! Do not waste your time with Apria!

Unprofessional customer service. On hold for 6+ minutes while I thought a woman was looking up my equipment prescription. Nope. She thought she put me on hold. She actually muted my line - but not theirs. I heard her and a coworker laughing and talking about personal topics, her Amazon order for her son (Tshirt and back scratcher) she mentioned she didn't buy the baby daddy anything. I heard their entire conversation and was unable to get their attention. When she picks up again, she acts like I wasn't answering her. No ma'am. I was here the entire time and heard your conversation with your coworker while you were supposed to be helping your CUSTOMER. She asked my name which I informed her I supplied when she answered the phone call. She had to admit that she had not written down my name, so could not do anything for me 10+ minutes into my call to confirm my prescription was received. And not one time did she apologize. I'm all for fun in the workplace, but not when you purposely put a customer on hold and you don't look up the info they are calling for. I received a call back from someone at corporate and I believe I am on track to receive my equipment. Insurance dictates which company I must use for my supplies, so I have limited options.
