This review is not reflective of the staff at this location. They were wonderful and I had no issues with them. My insurance was never sent to the right address, even though correct cards were provided. I subsequently received calls about my CPAP supplies as being "not covered". Yes, they were not covered because the APRIA corporate billing department is incompetent. I provided them with updated billing and they still relentlessly sent me messages about payment and even a collections notice. Updated information was provided June of 2026, per their own acknlowedgement. Today, I got a collections phone call about the supplies that they billed incorrectly. I called the corporate line in beaverton oregon and got another incompetent CSR. I asked why I was getting collections when APRIA THEMSELVES told me to NOT PAY until the claim was adjudicated appropriately. The CSR simply asked me if I wanted to pay today. She was so tone deaf and just kept apologizing. I then asked what billing address they had for my insurance and she rattled off my home address. Then she acknowledged that they sent it to the correct address and that they needed more time to bill, but "she cant stop the automated system". I told her I will pay the bill, once they bill it correctly, but to cancel all rxs in their system. Completely incompetent billing program.
