The care of my mother during her recent passing and the comforting of our family at this difficult time was awesome and will not soon be forgotten. The special team of caregivers at Savoy Place, including Ashante, Ghizlane, Destiny, Aubrey, and John who attended Mom’s funeral service, are greatly appreciated.

The Savoy Place has been so great to work with as we prepare to move our father in! The team is knowledgeable, accommodating and kind to all the residents. The family feel is evident, yet everyone seems to be working at the top of their game! We are confident our dad will be safe and well cared for.

I wish I knew about the Savoy Place location earlier. My husband has been in 3 different location.<br><br>1.He was placed by the Staff in wrong area with wrong stage of dementia - I saw him going down hill. He likes to tell stories, share with other residents. Without being able to talk or react at all with anyone - That is very important.<br>. . And I felt in comfortable. It was clean.<br><br>2. The next place was smaller with interesting residents. I was happy and comfortable for him. My husband felt good with residents and events they had. I did have the worst time getting in touch with a nurse. His room - not always clean. And neither was the kitchen. I wasn't comfortable with any of that. So we packed up went to another location. I vfelt comfortable for him when I walked in! Remember- Just because a place looks great doesn't mean it is!<br><br>3. Savoy Place - Each cottage feels like home. Each cottage is set up for different purpose and stages. The aids - they are ALL Great! - so knowledgeable, interested in and understanding the of care for each resident.. They know me and some my interests. Keep me posted on his medical & daily actions. I can even look that up on line! That is great & comforting. Activities always available! I can relax- Thanks to all at Savoy Place 🙏😀
