The place is a dump. Dirty, nasty. The staff would not help us when my hubby was sent there. I took him out about an hour after he got there. I would not send a sick dog there.

The staff are very caring. I am a hospice nurse with Carle with multiple patients who resided at Haven meadow brook- the nurses provide individualized care to the residents they are always open to promoting comfort care for hospice patients. I have had a great experience with the facility's provider Dr. McNeal and her nurse practitioner; both appear to care deeply about their patients- the Don and Adon aleta and Colleen are approachable and professional

They are super unprofessional, they have been shut down over 3 times in my lifetime and I'm 37. My mom is a resident and they only relay a message when my mom is being irritate. When I try to check on my mom, they don't respond
