Alternative nursing services is a really great caregiving company, I would recommend this company to any person looking for home health care services. They are very helpful with helping their caregivers get their HCA. They are extremely helpful when clients/caregivers have questions! I enjoy working at this company😊

This company is very understanding, and caring for their clients. They make sure that their client always has a caregiver and not going without care. They do home visits to make sure that the clients needs are being met or asking them how they can improve. It’s clients first which I really like.

From what I’ve seen I feel like the office needs organization. If you call out hours in advance you call the on call number but nobody answers…so you have to wait until the office opens at 9 to let them know your reason to not make it to the shift. (I’m very organized with my clients so I hate having to wait) When you do call for questions they almost seemed annoyed? They don’t sound pleasant on the phone. And with the app used to track your schedule, if it says you have a missed check in like that person said below in the review you have to drive all the way to the office to fill out the form. Why not get an updated system where you can see your schedule, request pto, call out with available caregivers that could cover, most caregiving company’s have this set up. Everything’s should be via online. And when it comes to getting HcA certified, that should be something the company pays for since it’s required not the employee in my personal opinion. You HAVE to keep track of your hours yourself, do not depend on their app to do it for you.
