My mother has been receiving services from this agency for the past couple of years, and our experience has consistently exceeded expectations. Their organization and dedication make a significant difference for families navigating home healthcare. Most importantly, the quality of care provided by the clinical team is outstanding. The nurses, as well as the occupational and physical therapists, are not only highly skilled but also compassionate and attentive. My brother insurance and we wasn’t aware. So when we got everything situated and got him enrolled in another plan. I called to see if they are in network with this insurance I was told “ I don’t think we accept that insurance”. She didn’t take the time out to see if they do or not. Then I was told by his doctor office that they called 5 or 6 times to get this settled no one answered the phone nor was there a way to leave a message. This have been a horrible experience from the beginning with this company. I do not recommend.

My family has trusted Angel Home Healthcare for over four years. Their nurses, caregivers and therapists are compassionate, knowledgeable, dedicated, and flexible to accommodate our changing needs over the years. They regularly go above and beyond and feel like part of our family. Because I live far away from my parents, it gives me tremendous comfort having such a trustworthy company working to care for my parents. I also know that if we had an emergency, they would be there to help (and have been there in the past). I have no reservations highly recommending this company to help care for your loved ones.

We were given a list of Home Health care facilities for the wound care after leaving the Rehabilitation Center. The nurses at Angel Home Health are simply the best, ESPECIALLY Amber! We are so BLESSED that Amber was our nurse throughout the whole aftercare treatment. If we had a question, she made sure to assist us in getting the answers we needed. She was very attentive and very detailed in the care she provided. Amber, along w her team, made sure that our transition was a smooth one! TRULY God sent. I HIGHLY recommend Angel Home Health.
