Choosing Angels by Your Side Home Care was the right choice for mom and our family. A neighbor of mom’s referred Angels by Your Side to us. From my first conversation I felt our needs were understood, the explanation of their services was detailed and all my questions were patiently answered. I felt comfortable moving forward. Next came was the assessment process, followed by a discussion regarding the results and together we came up with a plan of care which would meet mom’s current needs and was revised as need as those needs continued to change. We were given options regarding who mom's main caregivers and backups would be. Lio and Sandy were chosen as mom’s main caregivers. We were given a weekly schedule and advised if changes needed to be made. I would highly recommend Angels by your side to anyone who is looking for in home care for a loved one. The rate charged was reasonable and the caregivers were compassionate and caring. They updated me regularly in person, via calls, texts and notes.
