Excellent provider or great nursing care. We used them for my father in law and then a month later for my mother in law. The nurses that came were excellent and we were confident that my in laws were in good hands. The company is very responsive to hiring them, answering questions and scheduling. If I ever have a need for nursing care at home these are the only people I would call.

Steve, Jennifer & Crystal were so responsive and went above and beyond for our family. The caregivers were wonderful too and very communicative. We have never had so much care/compassion from a provider before. Steve clearly has a passion for this work and his employees and it shows. The best service we have ever experienced.

AmeriCare has been very responsive in scheduling care givers as I begin this journey of additional care for my husband. I have been pleased with the willingness of the care givers to help where needed. Also, our care giver has been very pleasant and able to do various tasks.

I cannot say enough good things about the home health aides from ameriCare. They treated my father with so much care and compassion, you would have thought he was their own father. They felt like members of our family. They were professional, capable, experienced, kind, and attentive. The caregivers chatted with my dad, held his hand while he slept, and played music for him. One aide in particular cooked him his favorite meals, which he loved and ate every bite, including the meal that turned out to be his last. When it snowed, company owner Steve Norris literally drove caregivers to and from my parents' house, as he knew they could not be left alone without home health aides. What other business owner would go to such lengths? If an aide was sick, Steve would find a backup. They were also flexible as my father's care needs increased and adjusted the staffing accordingly. I plan to utilize ameriCare for my mom in the not-too-distant future. What a difference they made for us, providing a calming presence and support for my family during an incredibly stressful and chaotic time. I have no doubt they will continue to assist other families, as they should serve as a model for other home caregivers nationwide. --Christine Cestaro
