My dad has been living at American House Hampton Village since March 2026. We have been so impressed with not just the recruiting/welcoming process that was lead by Rebecca where both my dad and I felt very informed and supported but also with the leadership of Tyler and the day to day care that continues from all the staff…Dr. Rojas and the PA, Valley who take the time to answer all our questions and set dad up for success, Bianca, Kayley, Liz and Sue who manage the front desk, Patricia, Dee, Kwan, Tarita, Kaylee, Jazz, McKenzie, Ladonna, Erica, Sean, Henry, Curtis, Denise, Chef Bill, and plant director Akran…to name only a few! I live out of town, but have gotten to know some of the staff during my visits and they all treat my dad like a family member/friend and it means the world to me. Everyone is consistently friendly, responsive and collaborative. He has not been able to participate in the therapy there yet but Lynn is so friendly and hard working as I see her there late at night when I am leaving from my visits and she has been positive about my Dad’s plan to participate in the future and his continued rehab post home health. They continue to work together to keep my dad safe and as involved in the community as he will let them be!

I toured many places and AH Hampton stood out as home for my parents. The entire executive team (Tyler, Patricia and Rebecca) moved heaven and earth when the original move in date unexpectedly and abruptly needed to be shifted ahead due to a heath crisis. Everyone reflects the kindness, compassion and professionalism that has eased this transition.

This is a beautiful facility with lots of activities and special spaces for gathering. There are lots of windows. Sunny place and welcoming staff. Thank you.

My father chose to come here after a year of overcoming major health obstacles. The people here are so friendly and caring. They have welcomed my dad as part of the family and I know he will thrive here. The facility itself is full of natural light and is immaculate.
