Only been here a week and a half, and like it so far. An older building, but nice as smaller independent living community. Staff and residents alike are friendly and encouraging. The weather turned nice the past two days, and today for lunch they had barbecued ribs that were done on the grill right outside the dining room. (Kudos Melissa!)<br>You can have your privacy if you like, but for the most part, they keep everybody busy, which keeps us all distracted from our respective ailments and conditions. The atmosphere is a more intimate and less distant than larger communities.<br>(In-house therapy and nursing are also available , if needed.)
