Food was delivered to this nursing home and staff would not give it to my immobile neice who had turned down her dinner waiting for the Taco I had delivered to her. This is a truly Sad situation. No one answered the main telephone number for me to ask for help. This is not ok. I just don't understand

Ambassador is a great place for long term care and loved ones trying to get rehabilitation services. The place is clean and well maintained. When you ask them for something they always attend to you expeditiously and the Administrator has an open door policy. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with Ambassador Nursing and Rehabilitation. From the very beginning, the Admissions Director made the process smooth and stress-free. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions, which made a big difference during an important decision. The level of customer service here is excellent. The staff are not only professional but also genuinely kind and attentive. It’s clear that they truly care about the residents and their families. What stood out most to me was how skilled and compassionate the entire team is. They go above and beyond to provide quality care while treating everyone with respect and dignity. I highly recommend Ambassador Nursing and Rehabilitation to anyone looking for a facility that combines expertise with heartfelt care.
