Food was delivered to this nursing home and staff would not give it to my immobile neice who had turned down her dinner waiting for the Taco I had delivered to her. This is a truly Sad situation. No one answered the main telephone number for me to ask for help. This is not ok. I just don't understand

Ambassador is a great place for long term care and loved ones trying to get rehabilitation services. The place is clean and well maintained. When you ask them for something they always attend to you expeditiously and the Administrator has an open door policy. Highly recommend.
