I see her as a good friend, Also the rent is very reasonable.

I have lived here at this facility for 10 years. The administration seems to be aware of those things that make a person feel safe, protected, wanted and important. They pass this attitude on to their staff. This facility is clean, and they do all they can to keep it that way. What impresses me most is they check up on all residents daily, even if you don't think you need to be checked on. If you have a parent, brother, sister, family member that could use a little extra care, this is the place to be. I recommend Ambassador Gardens to all. The staff is considerate, helpful and warm. This is a fantastic place. Have known it for 15 years. It is a pity that some people who don't get what they want (the are rules in California people!), run to the site to post bad reviews, trying to damage someone's life work. And they do it disguising themselves under different names, as they are too cowardly to post as them. I don't want to waste my time on these law breaking cowards. Ambassador Garden is a wonderful place to live. I visit it very often, at different times and days. It is always clean, the staff is super friendly and fun and the Administration very caring and loving and they always go out of the way for their residents. I rarely see such a level of love and devotion by employees. Both residents and staff have been there for many residents and created a real bond and family like atmosphere. So if you want to break it, not follow California laws and not be part of their family, my guess is, you are better off breaking off someone else's family. Ambassador is for the best and run by the best!

Granted when I moved in approx a year ago I was the youngest by far. I was continually bullied by the administrator Sofi Drukr. She would call me into her office and insult me for about an hour. She did this weekly. She is extremely psychologically abusive. Her assitant Star is also abusive and idolizes her boss Sofi. Sofi's mother is abusive as well and works there on the weekends. Very miserable people. I complained to licensing and the bullying stopped for a few months. Then there was a breakout of bedbugs and Sofi began harassing me again. I called licensing and complained about this. She responded by making up a slanderous rumor that I was threatening to kill everyone in the building. Then she had me put on an illegal 5150 hold in the hospital. When I got out she waited to see if I pursued my complaint to licensing and I did and then she gave me an illegal eviction notice. WARNING If you are alone, and sensitive to being yelled at and outspoken don't go near this place as you will likely get your civil rights violated. Licensing does not care that Sofi commits crimes against disabled adults. The department of Social services and the state of California do not care about abusive landlords in facilities. It is their job but they do not take it seriously as it is not happening to them or someone they love. WATCH OUT. BAD PLACE!!!!
