I couldn't be more happy with the service and support I received from Lise at Elder Answers. My mother has been in hospice for over a year and the rates kept going up so we needed a more affordable spot without sacrificing quality of care. She asked all the right questions, narrowed it down to three places and even scheduled and went with me on the tours. We found the perfect spot and it's a win for everyone. Elder Answers really cares about families and helping each one find what they need. I highly recommend them!

I cannot overstate how helpful Lise was in helping us find a home for our mom. When our mom’s health took a sudden turn this past year and needed to relocate from her assisted living facility, Lise was able to find a fantastic solution for us. Not only did she find top-rate facilities quickly, she went above and beyond simple placement services. She took a personal interest in our mom’s needs and preferences, and was able to pinpoint several facilities that were a perfect fit and within our budget. She was also able to assist us in hiring a relocation service specializing in senior moves that packed, moved, and unpacked our mom’s stuff in a matter of hours. It has been about a month since we relocated our mom, and our outlook has completely changed. Our mom is happy, comfortable, and cared for. My Mother was needing a reliable place to live and I was given “Elder-Answers” business card from my Mothers Elder law attorney. I called and left a message. Lise Marquis called me right back and spent a very long time asking me questions about how to best find a place for her. We were given three referrals and started our journey. I found the most perfect place and my Mom is so much better already. Thank you Lise for being there for me even when I had my doubts about which home was a better fit. I highly recommend going through this referral. The place I picked in my own before Lise Marquis was awful. I can now sleep at night knowing my Mom is being well cared for.
