Dear Kristine and the Alto Grayslake Team,<br><br>I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to you and the entire team at Alto Grayslake for the exceptional care, kindness, and support provided to our family during the placement of our aunt.<br><br>A special thank you goes to Kristine for her outstanding service and unwavering support throughout the process. During the waitlist period, Kristine stayed in close contact, kept us informed, and consistently made us feel valued and supported. Her continued interactions and dedication ensured that our family remained a top priority, and when a room became available, we were grateful for all she had done to help make that happen.<br><br>On move-in day, we were truly touched by the warm welcome we received from everyone at Alto Grayslake as well as a flawless coordination across the community as we were under a crunch to take possession and move in immediately. The team could not have been more welcoming, engaging, and compassionate. They went above and beyond to ensure the transition was smooth, comfortable, and reassuring for both our aunt and her loving sister.<br><br>We are deeply appreciative of the care, professionalism, and genuine compassion demonstrated by the entire Alto Grayslake team. I recently came to visit a family member at Alto of Grayslake, and I was really impressed with the community. Every time I’ve visited, there have been activities going on and residents seem genuinely engaged and enjoying themselves. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. It’s clear they truly care about the residents and work hard to create a warm, positive environment. It’s comforting to know my family member is in such a caring community. Highly recommend!

I recently toured Alto of Grayslake while looking for a community for my mother-in-law, and I was very impressed. The community was exceptionally clean, warm, and welcoming. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. We also had the opportunity to try the food, and it was absolutely amazing! Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend Alto of Grayslake to anyone looking for senior living for a loved one.
