As someone who has done caregiving before, this company works hard to be top in its class. They see their employees as people instead of numbers, working the best with the employees schedule, weather the employee wants full time or part time.

This business operates with extreme professionalism. Can't speak highly enough for the quality of care having been the recipient of their services. People like Chadia make a huge difference in the lives of those who benefit from compassionate understanding and patience. Long live ANS!

Management is VERY NICE and understanding, and very welcoming and considerate with flexibility. Although google says they're closed on the weekends there is 24/7 emergency on call for anything The whole environment of this work field is different for people who never worked as a caregiver, but even with no experience theyll hire you and train you to be the best caregiver that you can be. Also have very good benefits and you get paid every monday who dont love money being given out every monday lol. If you dont want to be a caregiver due to the fact that you'll have to wipe butts, opposite genders, or just anything you dont like, they have clients and can work with you to still be part of the team without doing anything you don't want to do. From time to time they do something sweet for the caregivers to show appreciation so its like a big family. They are always hiring and always accept walk ins, office is located in millwood but they can give you a client closer to where you live. So; you're telling me, you get paid every week, everyone is nice, they show appreciation, willing to be flexible with preferences, hrs, and where to work. Also good money with good benefits, willing to train new hires, and good management. If youre not afraid to try something new, then stop by and try it out and maybe you'll like to be a caregiver.

I’ve worked as a caregiver for this company for about a year now and no complaints!! There’s been amazing communication between me and the office every time for scheduling and it always been consistent! I’ve been able to switch up my schedule many times to accommodate me and my family and they’ve been flexible and understanding every single time and made it happen for me!! Love working here and feeling great about my job everyday!

RUN ! Do Not recommend this company. No communication, lied to several times, very rude staff and not worth it. No stability with hours .
