Would give 0 stars if possible. They did not follow doctor's orders of holding certain pills before an upcoming surgery for my grandmother. Had to ask them to change my grandmother's sheets after a week of being there. Floors in the rooms need mopped. We took it upon ourselves as family to do so. Grandmother got pneumonia while there. There were days that I'd spend 6 hours with her and only see someone bring her food. No nurses except to pass pills at night. She would hit the call button and wait for 20 minutes. Short staffed? Lack of care?

My MIL spent a week here and I am grateful to everyone for their kindness from the moment we walked in the door from Sylvia at the front desk to the therapists, nurses and aides, and administrators. You know who you are and I appreciate you! Thank you for how you took care of her, and for all the time you spent listening to me and answering my questions. It made the transition back to hospice a little easier. I appreciated the cleanliness and that the facility had a homey and inviting feel.

I was not a consumer here, but some of my family members were. You walk in and most of the time I was greeted. First thing I noticed no horrible nursing home smell. The facility appeared to be very neat and clean. Recently my sister was in there for rehab and she just praised all the workers from nurses, aids, therapy, dining and cleaners. She said she really enjoyed her stay. Keep up the good work!!!

Beware--they will take your loved ones off medication here so their facility isnt penalized for distributing too much of a certain type of medication. Then, when it comes time to ask who would make such and incredibly careless decision they wont hold anyone accountable for their actions. Sad place
