I love Alpha. I was sent to them after a hospital stay. They are very helpful. I’ve had to call after hours and had a little bit of an issue understanding the after hours service, English was not their first language, but after 3 tries they figured out how to spell my name and got a nurse to call me back. But other than that no problems. I love Robert he’s my favorite nurse. I highly recommend him. I had an urgent health issue and Laurie went out of her way to help me. Their nurses are amazing. Great company!

I moved my father from Everett to Mount Vernon. He needed skilled nursing services and we are so blessed to be put in touch with the wonderful, caring, and knowledgeable people at Alpha Home Health! My Dad needs PT and skilled nursing, and as a care giver, I have had so much support from every staff member. They have advocated for my Dad in terms of correcting his medications, receiving medical supplies and getting referrals and approvals from Kaiser. We appreciate the hard work and dedication of the staff!

After suffering a severe, high-impact ankle break requiring titanium rods, screws - I was in desperate need of guidance and support for my recovery, including disabled life coaching and physical therapy. The team at Alpha Home Health and Hospice was simply amazing. I cannot speak highly enough of their care. From the outset, their commitment was evident. Every member of the crew genuinely cared, demonstrating a profound dedication to my well-being. Their professionalism and expertise were truly impressive. While I'm unsure if it's typical to mention names, I'd be remiss not to acknowledge Emily, Allison, Dawnell, Sherri, and Cindy B. They worked together in perfect unison, maintaining excellent communication and organization—each seemed to be thoroughly briefed on prior visits and developments. Their professionalism was unsurpassed. They were always on time, provided outstanding physical and occupational therapy, assisted with daily care, and the social worker offered invaluable support. Beyond their technical skills, they provided exceptional emotional support. This is a truly smart and committed group of individuals. Despite knowing they had other patients, they consistently made me feel like I was their sole focus. I genuinely appreciate the six weeks of immense help and support I received. Each nurse and nurse visit was very pleasant and helpful. They answered all of my questions and offered suggestions during a very challenging diagnosis. They were authentically concerned and even directly passed on observed information to the doctor when I was all flustered. They were very thoughtful and thorough and took time to make sure we completely understood the situation and what to do. What a wonderful service!
