Very unprofessional on the phone as well as the way they manage caregivers. Calling you last minute to let you know they have someone to come for a few hours literally the same day. When ask if we could meet the person first Elizabeth acted as if that was unheard of. I was constantly told they didn’t have help there was no one they could send and when they did it was very temporary so much as just a few hours. My dad is in a wheelchair so that is not acceptable. I highly do not recommend this company.

Caretenders is one of the best home care companies in northern kentucky. I have worked with them for 20 plus years. They support their client from a to z with high quality staff. I felt so comfortable with them that I referred my grandma. She loved them!

I will never use this company again. My mom had a knee replacement. She was doing well with it. Two days after having her stitches removed her therapist from this organization had her doing 20 full squats. She tore her patella Tendon IN HALF and blew out her knee. Her knee has been opened 3 times since then. Dr. Hummel was extremely upset when her heard what this therapist had done. And said there is no reason why anyone should be doing full squats with in two weeks of therapy. My mom is know is a straight brace for 2 months before they can start to rehab it and she will never be able to bend her knee to even 90 degree's again. The best part was a week later I called this organization and told them what had happen. They were shocked to her about it and did not even know that she was in the hospital. I remind you this happen while their therapist was at my moms house providing therapy. I emailed them the extremely disturbing pictures of my moms knee laying wide open in the ER, at their request. I followed up 2 days later via email, because I had not heard from them. They confirmed they received them and that was it. My original call was simply to educate them on what had happen to make sure this did not happen to anyone else. but their lack of response and concern has been amazing. this happen 3 weeks ago and still no call from anyone. Guess they are more worried about being sued than doing the right thing.
