This place is amazing if you need a nursing home or rehab. Very clean, friendly staff. I was there for 3 months due to a broken leg and I cried when I had to leave because the nurses and staff were so amazing. I still think about them❤️

I would not recommend this facility. The management and many staff members do not care about the patients whatsoever. I witnessed much neglect when I visited - do not put your family here!

UNSAFE DISCHARGE!
My mom just got discharged. When she got into the car- she smelled. Her diaper was full of feces. She wasn't changed before being sent home. The therapists said she can walk and do stairs. There were 3 of us trying to get her up. Her legs were like jello and she went down to her knees. She can't walk or do stairs AT ALL.
Everyone was told I take care of ALONE. I have ZERO help. Their answer- home health. They could come for a couple hours. That's not enough. We asked about a nursing home. They said- she's not at that level yet.
I think she is.
